Clearing Sessions

Clearing is rooted in the understanding that many of our challenges arise when:
 

  • Life experiences were too overwhelming to be fully felt, understood, or integrated.

At the heart of Clearing is a deep listening process known as the Clearing Communication Cycle. In this space, you are met with attuned presence -- seen, heard, and understood without judgement.

Shared Awareness-Presence
Sessions

This process integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) with progressive meditation practices to cultivate stable Self-awareness and emotional healing.

By learning to recognize awareness itself and relate compassionately to inner parts, it helps reduce reactivity, resolve emotional wounds, and establish a grounded, non-dual presence that carries naturally into daily life and relationships.

  • Build stable, compassionate self-awareness that you can access in everyday life.
     

  • Work with emotions and inner “parts” skillfully (without suppressing, bypassing, or forcing change).
     

  • Reduce reactivity and feel less triggered in relationships and stressful situations.

  • Explore non-dual presence in a practical way that integrates with emotions, work, and family life.
